Kaprian advises senior leaders in mission-driven organizations on technology, data, organizational design, and governance. The practice works primarily with international development, humanitarian, and public sector institutions, including federated and networked structures.

Engagements are bounded, deliberate, and oriented toward the decisions the client is preparing to make.

Principal

Kaprian is founded and led by Prianka Nandy, who brings twenty years of senior technology, data, and digital transformation leadership across the international development, humanitarian, and public sectors.
